Eco-Guards and Field Protection Team Leader

Kouemo is a young Cameroonian researcher passionate about biodiversity conservation, with a strong interest in aquatic ecosystems. A student at the University of Dschang, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology and a Master's degree in Ecology and Wildlife Management. Specializing in the study of freshwater biodiversity, he is particularly focused on the impact of human activities on these sensitive environments.

Currently, Kouemo is conducting research on aquatic macroinvertebrates and the anthropogenic pressures affecting freshwater habitats. He has solid skills in sampling techniques, species identification, and environmental policy analysis. Ambitious and dedicated, he aspires to pursue a PhD to become a recognized expert in aquatic ecology and to actively contribute to the conservation of Cameroon’s wildlife and natural heritage.
