Winny Laeticia is a researcher in ecology and wildlife management, specializing in primatology. She pursued her higher studies at the University of Dschang, where she obtained a Master's degree in Ecology and Wildlife Management. Her research focuses on the habitat preferences of chimpanzees (Pan troglodytes troglodytes), local community knowledge, perception, and attitudes in the Douala-Edea National Park (Littoral-Cameroon). She has completed several internships as a volunteer with the NGO ABOYERD. Winny is determined to contribute to the conservation of wildlife and biodiversity for long-term sustainable development.
